Fish from the oven with breadcrumbs

Pesce dal forno con pangrattato

Ingredients 4 persons

4 firm whitefish fillets (200 grams each)

75 grams of saltless melted butter

3 squeezed cloves of garlic

160 grams of fresh breadcrumbs (Italian)

1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley

1 lemon

Pepper and salt Olive oil

Oven dish





🕐 10🔪20⏱️ 👩🏼‍🍳


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. 2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the four fish fillets in it.

3. When the butter is melted, mix in the garlic.

4. Make breadcrumbs by finely chopping 1- or 2-day-old bread in a food processor.

5. Mix the parsley with the bread cream

6. Now spread the breadcrumbs over the fish and then pour the garlic butter over them. 7. Grind salt and pepper over it and put the dish in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes. If the top does not brown quickly, turn on the grill for the last few minutes.


👉🏽 You can also mix the breadcrumbs with small chopped tomato pieces.


👉🏽 Delicious with a salad or with carrots sautéed in a little butter with parsley.
