Crema al caffé e mascarpone
4-6 servings
250 grams of mascarpone
250 grams of fresh whipped cream
80 grams of powdered sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1-2 cups of very strong espresso COLD
Piece of dark chocolate for decoration

1. First make very strong coffee and let it become ice cold in the refrigerator. This can be done a few hours earlier if necessary.
2. Put the mascarpone in a bowl and stir it loose with a fork.
3. Add the whipping cream and begin beating with a mixer.
4. Little by little while beating, add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
5. Beat the cream firmly and then add the cold espresso at the end.
6. Put the cream into trays and let it stiffen even more in the refrigerator.
7. Serve with coarsely grated dark chocolate
