Pollo alla diavola
Ingredients 4 persons
4-8 chicken chops or drumsticks (unseasoned and skin removed)
2 lemons squeezed
4 tablespoons oil
2-3 theelepels chiliflakes (evt extra chilipoeder)
8-10 sage leaves finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Large shallow baking dish
Aluminum foil

1. Make a 'cross' of two large pieces of aluminium foil in a shallow baking dish. Make sure that the bottom is covered and that flaps hang over on either side so that you can later cover the contents.
2. In a small bowl, mix the oil, chilli flakes, lemon juice and chopped sage.
3. Rub the chicken pieces with the mixture and pour the remaining mixture into the baking dish.
4. Fold the aluminium foil over the chicken. Now leave the sauce to marinate for 2 hours outside the fridge.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
6. Put the dish in the oven and leave the aluminium foil "closed".
7. After about 45 minutes, unfold the aluminium foil.
8. Put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 45 minutes. Make sure that the chicken pieces do not burn!
9. The chicken will get a nice crust. Then serve it warm.
👉🏽 Deze kip is heerlijk fris in de zomer. Serveer er wat warm brood bij en een frisse groene salade.
