Torta allo yogurt

Ingredients
500 grams of Greek yogurt
125 grams of sugar
3 eggs
40 grams of cornstarch
vanilla essence or lemon juice
Garnish to taste: raspberries or other fruit
- Springform pan of 15-18 cm
- Baking paper or butter for greasing the springform pan
- Mixer

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Put the yoghurt, sugar, beaten eggs (with a fork in a bowl) and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add a little vanilla essence or lemon juice.
4. Line a springform pan with baking paper or grease it.
5. Put the mixture into the mould and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Clean the fruit to be garnished and sprinkle with some lemon juice
7. Remove the mould from the oven and allow to cool before removing the mould.
8. Garnish the cake with the fresh fruit.
👉🏽 Actually, you can go either way with this cake. Make it bigger: then put it in the oven longer. Want a different flavor? Then add martini or rum. You can also vary with the fruit. In any case, the cake itself is very light and looks beautiful on the table.
