Bresaola rolls of goat's cheese, rocket salad

Involtini di bresaola, caprino e rucola

Ingredients 6-8 persons

200 grams not too thinly sliced bresaola or beef smoked meat

200 grams of soft spreadable goat cheese

1 bag of arugula

salt and pepper

possibly a little olive oil






Bowl for mixing

Cutting board

Serving dish

1. Stir in the goat cheese and add some olive oil if necessary.

2. Chop a good bunch of arugula very finely and mix that into the goat cheese.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Place a slice of bresaola or smoked meat on a board, put a generous teaspoon of goat cheese mixture on top in the center. Place some sprigs of arugula on top so they stick out on one side.

5. Now roll up the smoked meat lengthwise and place it on the dish. 6. Repeat until all the slices and/or goat cheese are used up.

7. Until serving time: store in the refrigerator.




👉🏽 These rolls fit perfectly into a summer buffet. Optionally, serve with other small appetizers.

👉🏽 If you want to present a mixed appetizer you can use these rolls for it.
